Q: What areas do you provide your service?
A: KIKI’S Cleaning provides service to south metro Denver, including Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Sedalia, Highlands Ranch, Centennial and Parker.
Q: What are your hours of operations?
A: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am thru 5:00 pm. Occasionally, we may work on Saturday for a one-time cleaning service at a higher rate. Please note that a minimum fee may apply for any service on a Saturday. We can also arrange for same week services with a 48 hours advance request.
Q: Does someone need to be home when you clean?
A: Not at all. As of matter fact most of our clients give us the keys to their homes, which are kept in a safe place. However if you decide to stay home while we are cleaning, you may do so but it will be easier and quicker for us to work without having to work around you.
Q: How do you protect keys that are given to you?
A: All keys are numbered, coded and kept in a fire-proof safe. Only the owner of KIKI's Cleaning has access to both the safe and keys.
Q: Do I have to provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment?
A: No, we bring our own supplies and equipment. All of our employees are trained to use our products and equipment in order to provide the highest quality and consistently during each cleaning service.
Q: Are insured and bonded?
A: Yes, and we are happy to provide proof of insurance and bond, upon request. Our certificates are available directly from the insurance company.
Q: Is anything should I do before my cleaning date?
A: We ask that you pick-up clothing, toys or others items, as it will be easier for us to work more efficiently.
Q: What if one of your employee damage an item?
A: KIKI’S Cleaning takes full responsibility for any damaged item and will make every effort to repair or replace it. Please be assured that we will respect and treat your home with care.
Q: How do I make a payment?
A: We accept payment at the time of service. Most of our clients leave payment in a sealed envelope. Checks are made payable to KIKI's Cleaning, LLC.
